We went there for 2 nights. It was a family outing. Property It's in midst a residential area so to get here you've to navigate through city traffic and roads are narrow. You'll also see the city scape from the view point. Once you reach you'll find it sprawling well designed property. Every nook and corner is photogenic. The evenings are very colourful vibrant to the eyes. Expecially the pool area. Pool open timings are practically throughout the day. Indoor gaming carrom, TT, others are also open all day. They've outdoor activities power cricket, tennis, archery at the far end of the resort. We didn't try any. Garden are is good for toddlers. Kids above 5 may not enjoy it much. Gym is available as well we didn't use it. Room We booked the garden room. It has a decent sized garden. I was able to play with my daughter there. On the tv, almost all channels are subscribed and my wife loved that part. She almost convinces me to opt for in room dining. Wifi access provided was unlimited and speed was good. Food We dined at Salsa and Pyramisa hotel. Menu is common. All of us loved the food served over there (approx 800 per person). We enjoyed Veg Tacos, spaghetti aglio olio, Veg pizza, Veg biryani, Paneer lababdar and phulkas. Pity they don't have salad options. Doolali beers are work of art. Very light and refreshing to taste. Breakfast buffet is very vast truly king size. They even gave us a travel snack after our checkout. They checked on us everyday for our comfort in the evening which was a very personal touch. Pro tip They've a schedule of activities being conducted throughout the day. It's posted near pyramiza hotel. The location isn't great for posting such stuff as not many people would notice it. If you want to enjoy some of their inhouse activities you may want to check it out every evening for next day schedule.

Entire property is so well maintained, one can feel the luxury and the great hospitality demonstrated by the staff members from all the functions/departments (FO, Housekeeping, Kitchen and the restaurant). During the checkin (and throughout our stay), we were greeted very well by the entire staff which was very welcoming. Check-in process was quick with the welcome drinks. Staff is very friendly which kids love too. This property has great emphasis on getting customer feedback that ensures guests get what they desire to make their stay comfortable. Resort premise is spread across 25 acres as claimed by the officials and it's actually massive! Property has a wide range of indoor & outdoor activities for all age groups unlike many other properties. Whilst all staff members make you feel special, my wife and I would like to say big THANK YOU to the below staff members whom we were regularly in touch with during our stay. FO Staff who welcomed/checked in/checked out us: Parvinder, Pallavi, Mukesh Restaurant staff: Ajay, Pallavi, Aman, Swati, Pranov, Prachi, Vivek, Gaming Zone staff: Madhav It's a great property to relish in that makes it highly recommended place indeed! Amazing resort hotel for a family vacation. Everything at place is great, quality of room is superb we got almost newly refurb rooms with modern amenities and a private small garden as well. Pool area, walkways, cycling, indoor game area all are very good. Quality of breakfast and variety was very good and dinner at Salsa restaurant was also very nice. Biggest asset this property has is good staff who were friendly, helpful and prompt in services. I am definitely visiting again and happy to recommend this place as great choice for family stay
